Refund policy

We have a 7(seven) days return policy. This means that you can return your Item within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that your Item is eligible for return on the condition that it is unused, unworn, Lace is not cut, and still has its Tag on. Also note that we do not take responsibility for returning parcel fees.

Custom made products/wigs(personalised items) CANNOT be accepted. 

We also CANNOT accept returns on sale items.

For health and safety purpose, we CANNOT accept exchanges once products have been shipped out. It is your responsibility to confirm the colour and quantity before submitting your order. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT REENIEZHAIR DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ON HAIR COLOUR OR WIG CAP SIZE.
